BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! After a one-year hiatus, the Kids Arts & Crafts area returns to the Star Spangled Spectacular and is better than ever. Kids can make their own keychain or bracelet out of beads, design their own "sand art" masterpiece, get tattoos or have their faces painted. Also back is Magician/Comedian Mike Hemmelgarn, doing his always popular balloon animals. And our sponsor, Lima Dental, has a special guest lined up to teach your children about good dental health - the Tooth Fairy!
